Nicole Morello
Nicole is Italian — a native of Liguria — and has spent more than twenty years crafting journeys through her own country. She has, quite literally, lived and breathed all things Italian, and that fluency shows in everything she plans: the language, the culture, the table, and the small local details that no guidebook carries.
Her philosophy is simple. Understand the soul of a region, then bring it alive. She doesn’t hand travellers a checklist of sights — she designs bespoke itineraries built around what you actually love, weaving cultural discovery together with unforgettable food and wine.
On the Amalfi Coast, that approach comes into its own. This is a coastline of cliffside villages and lemon terraces, of Roman history at Pompeii and long lunches above the sea — a place where the culture and the cuisine are inseparable. As part of the Bellarome team, Nicole designs Amalfi journeys with the same care she brings to every corner of Italy: private, tailor-made, and shaped entirely around you.
